Refund policy
At Cosmetica, we strictly source and deliver premium quality, authentic beauty products. Due to strict international hygiene and safety standards for cosmetics and skincare, our return policy is highly regulated.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products are only eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange if they arrive damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect (wrong variant/product sent).

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, used, or altered due to hygiene regulations.

Change of mind requests are not applicable once the order is shipped.
Reporting Window

Any damage, defect, or incorrect item delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Claims made after 48 hours will unfortunately not be entertained.
How to File a Claim

Take a clear unboxing video or high-quality photographs showing the exact damage, defect, or the incorrect item along with the shipping label on the box.

Email these details along with your Order Number directly to cosmetica.com.pk@gmail.com.

Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 24 to 48 hours.
Refund & Replacement Process

Approved Replacements: If your claim is approved, we will ship a fresh replacement product to you completely free of charge.

Approved Refunds: If a replacement is out of stock, a refund will be initiated. Refunds are processed back via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5 to 7 working days.
