Account & Purchase Eligibility

• By purchasing from our store, you confirm that all information provided (such as your delivery address, mobile number, and full name) is complete, truthful, and accurate.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect delivery information, or repeated non-acceptance of Cash on Delivery shipments.

Product Representation

• We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and packaging of our makeup and skincare products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your mobile or computer screen settings.

Pricing and Availability

• All prices listed on our store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. In case a product goes out of stock after an order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel the order.

• Cosmetica shall not be liable for any skin reactions, allergies, or adverse effects arising from product usage. We strongly advise our customers to check product ingredients list thoroughly and perform a patch test before regular application of any skincare or cosmetic product.
